(1) In radio or TV programming, an electronic sound to cover up or blur (censor) cusses, slurs, and swear words.
(2) Or: bleep out -> To blur or blank out curses and obscene words with electronic sounds as a form of editing and censoring. 'I'll stick my bleep foot up your bleep bleep....'
(3) A lame substitute for the word fuck and other cusses, curses, and swear words. 'What the bleep!' '69 ways to bleep your lover.'
