anthropophagy:

A form of cannibalism in which sexual pleasure is derived from the ingestion of human flesh , especially from eating the genital parts of a person of the opposite-sex . Varieties of anthropophagy are autophagy , necrophagy and parthenophagy. Jack the Ripper was suspected of anthropophagy because he often carried away the female organs of his victims.

Etymology: anthropos , man , and phagein or phagy , the practice of eating.
