levator vaginae:

A sphincter muscle of the vagina that works in rhythm with the constrictor in manipulating the penis during sexual-intercourse . (A levator is any muscle that raises a body part.) Roger Blake ( The American Dictionary of Adult Sexual Terms . 1964) and John Trimble ( 5000 Adult Sex Words and Phrases . 1966) are the only two lexicographers who list this term.
