Dated or outdated usage for:

1. From the 17 th century onward, the female genitalia and vagina ; based on appearance, texture, and delicacy; the synonyms: oyster-catcher / oyster bed , now obsolete, were coined in the 19 th century; hirsute-oyster was coined in the 1990s. See vagina for synonyms.

2. Ejaculated seminal-fluid or gob of semen , based on consistency and pearly appearance. Usage in the sense dates back to the 17 th century. See semen for synonyms.

3. In gay parlance, the mouth , especially that of a fellator .
